Ben works closely with both the Sales Administration and Production departments to understand the client's needs and requirements. He ensures there is a slick transition from orders being placed, to the stock arriving in time for Production to meet the client's demands.
By having weekly meetings with the Purchasing and Sales team to discuss their client's forecasts; Exacta are able to reduce the lead times for bespoke orders by efficiently managing inventory for every customer's solutions. This allows clients to have their own unique solution with the shortest lead times possible.
Ben has a close relationship with distributors both large and small. This allows Exacta to provide solutions others can't by, getting access to the latest components sooner, while also being able to source older components for a longer time. This can prove invaluable to clients with solutions that require stability of components.
