Nick Rogers, Managing Director

 

Nick co-founded Exacta Technologies in 2001 and under his leadership the company has grown to become the leading network appliance manufacture in the UK. 

Prior to setting up the company Nick worked for US founded CompuAdd Computer Group and held a Senior Sales Management role for 12 years.  His position within the business was to manage the Value Added Reseller Channel which gave him valuable insight into that market place. 

After CompuAdd was purchased in 2000 Nick felt it was the right time to set out on his own and using the knowledge acquired over the previous 12 years create Exacta Technologies Ltd.  His fundamental beliefs have remained the same; supplying the best technology and the best service combined with the most unique server offering dedicated entirely to the OEM market place.

 

Matt Copsey, Finance Director

 

Matt co-founded Exacta Technologies together with Nick bringing his 11 years of business and financial accounting experience to bear, steering the company to its current healthy financial position and annual growth.

Before helping to set up Exacta Matt’s background as is Nick’s, was CompuAdd where he held the position of Purchasing and Operations Manager. 

After Nick convinced Matt to form part of the management team within Exacta, he has brought to the business an in-depth knowledge of Stock Control / Production / Purchasing and Financial systems.

Matt’s philosophy has always been to create positive working relationships with suppliers to give customers not only quality but continuity of product.

 

Kris Brunt, Operations Manager

 

Kris has been working the computer industry for over 20 years, starting as a phone technician to running a large support department.

As an experienced professional systems engineer Kris has knowledge in both hardware and software for the implementation and running of medium to large network infrastructure installations. He understands the need for specifying and achieving service levels and has good communication skills.

He can be found keeping up with new technology and techniques and has a broad skill set. He has command level experience at setting up IPSec, L2TP and PPTP VPNs, MS Windows user integration, lDAP and per user web site virus and category filtering, gateway firewall and monitoring and desktop defence products, configuration of broadband and leased line connectivity and interoperability of heterogeneous networks.
